Victoria Tayler
Development specialist with extensive management and programme implementation expertise. Victoria has had a diverse career, originally from South Africa, Victoria began her career working in the HIV advocacy field in South Africa, working for CHMT/TAC. She went on to work for the South African Department of Heath before taking up a variety of roles at large international NGOS including several years with international SRH organisation Marie Stopes International working in programme management in East and South Africa including establishing programmes in Southern Africa and implementing large safe delivery and family planning programmes funded by Gates, DFID, UNFPA and the EU.
In 2011 Victoria took on the role of Senior Partnership Manager of DFIDs £33 million flagship programme to support international heath partnerships delivering over 200 projects across Africa and Asia over the next 6 years. In 2016 Victoria took on a position within an exemplar Public Private Partnership Programmes between the NHS, Local Authority and Corporate partner focussing on unblocking bottle necks within the public sector to provide more efficient and effective services in the Greater Manchester Devolved Area.
Luke Tayler
Is a talented illustrator and designer who specialises in turning complex ideas into illustrations. with a portfolio that includes technical drawing, brand design and creative illustrations. Using both traditional methods like pastel and oils and state of the art modern techniques, Luke’s designs and illustrations are used by clients to not only enhance their materials but also to convert complex ideas into visually accessible images.
